Yes — sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time when exposed to air, moisture, sweat, perfumes and chemicals. This is a natural characteristic of the metal and not a defect. Tarnishing can usually be reduced or reversed with proper cleaning and care.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking information from our courier. Use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the courier website.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference changes or incorrect size selection. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video.

If your shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will send a replacement subject to availability or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once a refund is approved we will initiate it within up to 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.

You may request cancellation before dispatch. Contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Store in a clean dry airtight pouch or jewellery box when not in use. Keep away from perfumes, lotions, deodorants, chlorine and household chemicals. Remove before bathing, swimming or exercising. Use a soft silver polishing cloth gently when needed.

We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, bathing or prolonged water exposure to preserve the finish and reduce tarnishing.

Tarnishing is a natural reaction of silver to sulphur compounds in the air and to skin chemistry, sweat, cosmetics and chemicals. It is not a defect. You can clean it gently with a silver polishing cloth to restore the shine.

We accept online payments via Razorpay including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available.

Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay. Kaladhare does not store your card credentials.
