1. General Warranty
Kaladhare does not provide a general or lifetime product warranty unless a specific product listing expressly states otherwise.
2. Pre-Dispatch Quality Inspection
Each product undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch.
3. Natural Wear and Tarnishing
Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, bending, accidental damage, tarnishing or oxidation caused by ordinary environmental exposure, sweat, cosmetics, perfume, chemicals, improper storage or use are not, by themselves, treated as manufacturing defects.
4. Product Claims
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the product description, contact [email protected] promptly with your order details and clear photographs/video. Kaladhare will assess the claim based on the circumstances and applicable law.
5. No Limitation of Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
