These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kaladhare.com and purchases from Kaladhare, operated by Paper Street Design Co.

Kaladhare sells ready-to-ship 925 sterling silver jewellery in India. Products are represented as 925 sterling silver and are stamped 925. Product images are intended to provide a reasonable representation; minor visual differences may occur due to photography, screens, lighting and manufacturing characteristics.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, availability and other information accurate. If a material error is discovered, we may contact the customer to correct the order or provide an appropriate remedy.

An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase. An order is subject to payment confirmation, inventory availability, fraud/risk checks and our acceptance. We may cancel an order where required due to unavailable stock, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, or other legitimate reasons.

Prices displayed on the website will be as applicable at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout or otherwise disclosed as required.

Online payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment service provider designated by Kaladhare. Kaladhare does not intentionally request or store complete card credentials on its own systems.

Kaladhare does not offer returns or exchanges merely because a customer changes their mind, selects an incorrect size, dislikes the product after purchase, or otherwise no longer wants the product. Kaladhare also does not offer routine size exchanges.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law, including remedies relating to defective, deficient, incorrect, spurious, or materially misrepresented goods.

Special procedures for lost-in-transit shipments, damaged/incorrect shipments and delivered-but-not-received claims are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish or oxidise over time depending on exposure to air, moisture, sweat, cosmetics, perfumes, chemicals and storage conditions. Natural tarnishing is not by itself evidence of a manufacturing defect. Customers should follow the Jewellery Care Guide.

The Kaladhare name, branding, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, website content and other materials are owned by or licensed to Paper Street Design Co. and may not be reproduced or used without permission, except as permitted by law.

You must not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorised scraping, interference with website security, impersonation, or other activity that may harm Kaladhare, its customers or service providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Nothing in these Terms removes rights available to consumers under mandatory applicable consumer protection law.
