You may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Personalized and engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. To start a return, go to Track Your Order in My Account and select the order you'd like to return.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing them, as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. After that window, or once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you're welcome to return it instead once it arrives. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Need a different size or style? Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. We'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive the original item. Personalized and engraved pieces cannot be exchanged unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
